검체 마다 필요한 항목을 (FDP 등의 검사를 포함해) 최대 15항목까지 랜덤으로 선택하여 측정할 수 있습니다. 검량선 작성 및 정도 관리 실시도 통상 검체 측정과 동시에 실시할 수 있습니다. 응급 검체는 전용 홀더를 통해서 우선적으로 측정이 가능합니다. 또한, 미리 설정한 상하한값을 넘는 이상 검체를 자동적으로 재검 및 재희석해서 측정하며, PT, APTT 등의 측정 결과를 판단하여 측정 데이터에 이상이 있을 시, 관련성 높은 항목에 대해 오더없이 자동적으로 측정하는 리플렉스(Reflex) 테스트 기능이 있습니다.

The CA-1500 analyser has been made especially for mid-size laboratories - if you have a demanding throughput yet still need a high-quality system, this is a great solution. You get durability, speed and quality.

The CA-1500 will enhance your productivity with its efficient throughput of 120 tests for prothrombin (PT) and approximately 80 tests per hour for multiple parameters, including chromogenic and immunological assays.

Alongside the overall speed of the device – the horsepower if you like – the CA-1500 will also improve your overall efficiency. It offers random access of 15 parameters and a simultaneous assay of the standard curve, quality control and routine samples. This means less hands-on to perform all the necessary tasks. It has five dedicated STAT positions that receive priority at all times. Random access to routine and STAT samples is vital for emergency testing.
No compromise on quality
Using three different detection technologies, the CA-1500 delivers great quality analyses. With clotting, chromogenic and immunoturbimetric assays it delivers accuracy and precision for all parameters. Clotting method The CA-1500 uses the Optical Detection Method to detect the change in turbidity of the sample-reaction mixture during the coagulation process as the change in scattered light intensity when fibrinogen is converted into a fibrin mesh. Light strikes the reaction mixture, after the scattered light intensity is received by a photodiode. This converts the light intensity into electrical signals and is used to find the coagulation time. This method is used to measure prothrombin time, APTT, fibrinogen, factors and many other clotting tests. Chromogenic method Light with a wavelength of 405 nm passes through the sample reagent mixture and reaches a photodiode, where the transmitted light is converted into electrical signals. The change in the intensity of this transmitted light is used to determine the change in absorbance. This measurement is used for chromogenic assays like Antithrombin and Protein C where a chromogenic substrate in the presence of an activator causes a change in colour of the reagent mixture. Immunoassay method The sample-reagent mixture contains artificial particles that can aggregate when there is an antigen-antibody reaction or particles that have a natural capability to aggregate. The mixture is exposed to light of a high wavelength, and the change in light absorbance caused by the formation of aggregates is detected as the change in transmitted light. This is used for D-dimer assays.

The CA-1500 has proven itself to be a highly reliable analyser in hundreds of laboratories around the world - and one that will serve you for many years to come. Quality control The CA-1500 is fully compliant with all quality control (QC) requirements. It can maintain 20 quality control files with each file capable of saving up to 540 items of data. Up to 25 analysis parameters can be saved per file. In addition to the regular monitoring rules, it also incorporates the newer multi-rule (Westgard) method and so confirms data with a high level of reliability. Bioassay function The CA-1500’s advanced parallel line bioassay function is fully automated. This multi-dilution capability, supported by a parallel line graphic display, delivers great results for factor assays or inhibitor activity identification.
Automated for greater efficiency
Sysmex is known around the world for the quality of its automation solutions. The CA-1500 is no exception. Thanks to a CP sampler, it's also as safe as possible. Automatic analysis and automatic reflex testing Abnormal samples turn up in every laboratory. The CA-1500 deals with them quickly and efficiently. All samples whose data exceed the laboratory’s pre-set limits are automatically reanalysed with or without redilution. You’ll notice this significantly streamlines the workload to identify and reanalyse abnormal samples.

Reflex testing is initiated as soon as the screening test results are abnormal. Again this significantly cuts your workload. The CA-1500 will automatically perform another test according to your pre-set criteria and so provide further information on the abnormal samples. Combined with the automatic reanalysis, this delivers advanced analytical capabilities for your laboratory.
Safe and flexible - in any laboratory
Safe – add a CP sampler Apart from the automation, the CA-1500 can also be attached to a CP sampler. This allows you to place both open and closed primary tubes on the sampler at the same time, contributing further to improvements in efficiency and safety. Flexible All test protocols can be programmed as you need, making it extremely flexible with respect to your analytical demands. Data communications with the device is also flexible, with various options such as an ID barcode reader, printers and interfaces for host computers.
